Our Shipping Policy is Simple:

Orders up to £75 in value - £5.50

Orders over £75 - FREE

Free Click-and-Collect available from our Redditch Treatment Room

Choose your preferred delivery option at Checkout for Instructions

We are only currently able to deliver to mainland Britain. If you are outside this area please check back from time to time, or subscribe for notifications, to find out as our delivery areas expand.

RETURN POLICY

Returns Policy – TG Organics

At TG Organics, every product is carefully crafted using high-quality, organic, grass-fed tallow. Due to the nature of our formulations and our commitment to hygiene and safety, we have a clear and fair returns policy in place.

Returning Your Order

​

If you wish to return your order, we’re here to help.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned:

    • Unopened and unused

    • In their original, undamaged packaging

    • As part of the complete order (entire parcel)

​

Eligible returns will receive a full refund once received and inspected.

Used or Opened Products

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we are unable to offer refunds on any items that have been opened, used, or tested.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • A clear photograph of the outer packaging and damaged items

  • Proof from the courier (receipt or delivery confirmation)

Please note:
Claims without photographic evidence and courier confirmation cannot be processed.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, the same evidence is required:

  • Photo of the parcel received

  • Courier proof of delivery

​

Without this, we are unable to investigate or issue a refund.

​

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage and packaging.


TG Organics does not cover return shipping costs.
