Directions for use:

Had a knee replacement 4 weeks , and developed jumpy leg at night. Not ideal as I could only manage about 90 minutes sleep at a time. My wife got me the magnesium muscle run and the spray . Omg what a difference it made. In 4 days of use I'm getting 6 hour sleep now with the jumpy legs completely gone. Iv also found since using both products that the gravelly nettle rashy skin down the side of my scar, which was sore to touch as nearly gone too. Great product can't recommend them enough. Mike
The Mag balm is just a little pot of magic.
I’ve used it for a multitude of things. It’s aided sleep when rubbed onto the soles of my feet at bedtime, helped with restless legs when I’m over tired, it’s great for aches and pains… I often have a stiff neck and a little rub of this just helps the pain disappear, and it’s also great when Im suffering with period pain.
